All that you need is parsley, lemon, and water

Lemon, has definitely become one of my best friends in the kitchen for many years. I just can’t imagine my daily routine without drinking a glass of lemon every morning which helps flush the digestive system and rehydrate the body. It also stimulates white blood cell production which is absolutely vital for your immune system to function properly. As an antioxidant, vitamin C also protects cells from oxidative damage. … Drinking lemon water daily ensures your body gets a great amount of vitamin C every day.

Parsley benefits your immune defenses due to its high levels of antioxidants, including vitamin C and vitamin A. Vitamin C helps to maintain a healthy gut environment, where much of the immune system is actually located.

Immune system booster – sweet potato, ginger and tumeric soup

I couldn’t resist sharing with you this powerful recipe that will not only boost your immune system but also increase your energy level.
I tried myself and I absolutely fall in love with this recipe.
Following CNM description, this spicy, warming soup has a perfect variety of ingredients to help with overall health and wellbeing.
  • Turmeric and ginger have anti-inflammatory properties and may support the immune system as well as sore, achy joints.
  • Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, necessary to form vitamin A which is essential for eye health, digestion and the immune system.

Radiant complexion with parsley, the best detox for your skin.

Do you miss your radiant complexion and your youthful glamorous charm? Are you opening another cream and seeing your reflection? Another serum, another mask, visiting the beautician and nothing !!!
At one point I lost hope that one day my skin would look radiant until finally my mother’s friend – Mrs. Tusia – instructed me to drink a smoothie with parsley. At first, the thought of consuming green leaves made me feel sick. Since childhood, I did not love parsley. So far that I remember I did not move the Sunday broth until I picked out all the floating leaves of it.
The recipe is simple:
Half a bunch of parsley, kiwi, lemon and half a glass of water.
Of course, these proportions can be changed according to your taste preferences.
We’re ready to go!
After a month of regular consumption, you will see a difference. Why is it working?
This smoothie is a real vitamin C bomb! which strengthens, cleanses the body, improves complexion and humor!
Parsley helps to purify our body by its essential oils, whose main ingredient is apiol and myristicin. Both substances have strong disinfection and diuretic properties. Parsley improves digestion, relieves fermentation in the intestines while detoxifying the body. In addition, it relieves neuralgia and helps in the treatment of urolithiasis.
Nutritional values speak for themselves – 100g of iron is 5 mg of iron and 177 mg of vitamin C (more than citrus !!!). It has a great effect on eyesight and complexion because it has as much as 5510 μg of beta-carotene and 3.1 mg of vitamin E. Parsley also has folic acid (170 μg) and mineral salts: magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, copper and manganese. Choking of the leaves is recommended for smokers because it immediately improves bad breath.
I recommend it, really worth it!
